These terms govern your use of the Falk Agency, LLC website, online quote forms, and SMS text messaging program. By using them, you agree to these terms. Effective date: September 11, 2026.
SMS text messaging program terms
Program description. When you opt in, Falk Agency may send you SMS text messages about insurance quotes you have requested, policy and renewal reminders, requests for documents or signatures, claims updates, appointment reminders, and customer service matters. Messages are sent to the mobile number you provide.
How to opt in. You can opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages on our online quote form, by replying to a text from us, by checking the SMS consent box on a paper or electronic form, or by asking us verbally to text you.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us. Typical clients receive a few messages per month; frequency may be higher during an active quote or claim.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier apply to messages you send and receive.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, after which no further SMS messages will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe.

Privacy. Your mobile number and SMS consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Not a condition of purchase. Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase insurance or receive service from Falk Agency. You may always reach us by phone or email instead.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Quotes and coverage
Quotes provided through our website or by our staff are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to carrier underwriting, verification, and approval. A quote is not a binder or a policy. Coverage is not in force until a carrier has issued a policy or a licensed agent has confirmed a binder in writing. Actual premiums and terms may differ from a quote once the carrier reviews the application, reports, and inspections.
Accuracy of information
You agree to provide complete and accurate information when requesting a quote or applying for coverage. Inaccurate or incomplete information can result in a different premium, a declined application, or a denied claim.
Website use
Content on this website is provided for general information about insurance and about Falk Agency and does not constitute insurance, legal, or financial advice for your specific situation. Policy terms are governed solely by the issued policy. We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate but do not guarantee that it is error-free or always available. Our online quote forms are hosted on a third-party platform.

The Falk Agency name, logo, and website content are the property of Falk Agency, LLC. Carrier names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the companies we represent.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Falk Agency, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website, the online quote forms, or the SMS program. Nothing in these terms limits any duty we owe you under applicable insurance law or under an issued policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Falk Agency, LLC is licensed in Alabama (agency license 3001449306), Tennessee, and Georgia.
