Owner & Principal Agent

Nathan Falk is the owner and principal agent of Falk Agency. He has worked in insurance for more than 15 years, first with Farmers Insurance and MetLife Auto & Home, and founded Falk Agency in 2020 to have the freedom to do the right thing for his clients rather than sell one company's products. He has deep experience in both personal lines and commercial insurance, and today he leads the agency's commercial property and surplus lines work: building submissions, placing hard-to-write risks, and reading the policy forms so his clients don't have to.

What drives him is value: getting people the coverage that will actually respond when they need it, at a price that makes sense. He's a licensed Alabama property and casualty producer (license 243077, NPN 8529323).

Simon Falk specializes in home, auto and small commercial insurance. He quotes and services personal and small business accounts, compares options across the carriers the agency represents, and handles the day-to-day changes that keep a policy current. His focus is making sure a client's most valuable assets are well protected for the moment they need the coverage, while still getting the most out of every insurance dollar.
