We use your information to prepare insurance quotes, place and service policies with insurance carriers, process claims and policy changes, communicate with you about your coverage, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and improve our services. SMS text messaging
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Falk Agency at the number provided. Messages may include quote follow-ups, policy and renewal reminders, requests for documents, claims updates, appointment reminders, and customer service communications. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service. Carriers (such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
